Welcome to LUMORA Maison de Haute Couture. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Patron", "User", or "Client") and LUMORA International Holdings S.A. ("LUMORA", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing, browsing, creating an account, or purchasing bespoke goods and luxury items through our digital platform, mobile interfaces, or concierge portals, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

To access exclusive preview collections, personalized concierge consultations, or complete purchases, you may be required to register a private Client Account.

• Account Veracity: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete personal credentials during registration.
• Credential Confidentiality: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, passkeys, and multi-factor tokens.
• Unauthorized Activity: LUMORA shall not be held liable for any loss or damages arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from user negligence.

All materials, design concepts, couture sketches, high-resolution campaign imagery, typography, proprietary algorithms, and brand trademarks associated with LUMORA are the exclusive intellectual property of LUMORA International Holdings S.A.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, scraping, modification, or commercial exploitation of any content without prior written consent from LUMORA’s Legal Directorate is strictly prohibited and subject to international copyright enforcement.

Patrons agree to utilize our platform solely for lawful luxury retail and personal engagement. You expressly agree not to:

LUMORA provides its digital platform on an "As-Is" and "As-Available" basis. While we uphold exceptional standards in craftsmanship and digital service availability, we do not warrant that digital services will be entirely uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, LUMORA’s cumulative aggregate liability for any direct, indirect, or consequential claims shall not exceed the monetary amount paid by the patron for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the substantive laws of Geneva, Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any irreconcilable disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swiss International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).
